If you have checked your EPF Spy Phones lately, you'll notice there is a new message from Gary. Take a look:
It says -
Temperature a Toughest Mountain has dropped by 115%. According to my calculations, that should be enoguh to put Herbert into hibernation.
So Gary is saying that the temp. is good enough to put Herbert into hibernation. That's good news.
