If you've checked your EPF Spy Phones lately, you'll notice that there is a new Field Op.
When you get to the EPF Command Room, Go to the Field Op computer to receive your orders.

Then you go to the Ski Village, then make your way up. Then you will see an opening for EPF Agents only.
You'll end up in the Ice Cave. Then go to here to start the Field Op.
When you finish, you will receive this message.

And then your finished!
